Exhibitors
We only have 55 exhibitor spaces and will give priority to sponsors and dental community companies. The exhibit dates for 2023 will be Thursday, April 27 and Friday, April 28th and below is what is included with your exhibit space.
- Thursday Welcome Reception in exhibit area
- One 6' table & two chairs are included. Exhibit area is carpeted.
- Promotion throughout the conference as well as on our website.
- Annual Session attendee list available for exhibitors and free for sponsors, cost is $150.
- A light breakfast and scheduled breaks in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday & Friday.
Exhibitor Show Service Information
Shipping Information:
Wild Dunes can accept packages starting on Monday, April 24th. Please use the Wild Dunes shipping form to see pricing and details on how to ship your materials.
Another option is to use Carolina Expo, our show service provider. You can ship your materials to them direct at any time and they will bring it to the show and put in your booth, please follow their shipping instructions.
Electrical/LCD Monitors:
Basic electrical (one outlet) will be provided, but if you need additional power or any AV items please order through AVMS.
Tables/Chairs:
You will be provided with one 6’ table and 2 chairs, if you need to order additional tables or chairs, you can secure those through Carolina Expo.
